Property description
The OlivkIstria Investment Project is a modern agro- and ecotourist project in a picturesque Vipava Valley (villages of Koboli and Vechkoti, municipality of Idovshcina, Slovenia). The project combines the production of premium olive oil and the development of agrotourism with the participation of guests in the harvest.
The total land area is 4,404 ha (44,041 m2), including a former vineyard (3.04 ha) and arable land (1.36 ha). The project is being implemented in two stages of 2.2 hectares each, with the installation of a drip irrigation system and a 30 m3 tank.
Concept: production of premium extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) from autochthonous varieties Istrska belica (70%) and Buga (30%), characterized by high frost resistance and low acidity of the oil. Tourists can personally participate in the harvest as part of the Olive Weekend program, which reduces staff costs and creates a unique gastronomic experience.
