Two authentic stone houses, originally restored in accordance with the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments. The houses are located on the first line by the sea. The ponta is divided into a part with a restaurant's summer garden, with an area of 150 m2, and the rest, which is used as a beach area, boat dock and parking space.

The large house on the ground floor has a fully equipped restaurant (100 m2), located in a seaside style, opened 8 years ago. On the remaining floors there are three small studio apartments with an area of 30 m2 and one duplex apartment with an area of 85 m2. All apartments have terraces and sea views. A small house with an area of 80 m2, on two floors, has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and one large bedroom.

The restoration work was carried out from genuine Korcula stone. The premises are new, central heating and a central boiler with a volume of 500 liters, air conditioning, PVC locks and a greenish shade (in accordance with the instructions of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments).

The yard is 328 m2, with many stone elements.

The house is located along an old local road by the sea, which is a low traffic frequency and therefore ideal for walking and relaxing.

The houses are located in a quiet, peaceful place. The nearest shop is 20 metres away, while the Cathedral in Prcana, the post office and the bakery are located in a circle of about 500 m. The nearest large beach in Prcana is about 100 m away, the center of Kotor is 3.5 km away, and Tivat Airport is 6 km away.
