  An Andalusian-style stone wall with an individual design and LED lighting was built to protect the perimeter of the courtyard. The well, which is believed to be more than 300 years old, has been preserved, with a special arched design through a stone wall and decorated with a custom-made iron pulley above the well. The garden is planted with various fruit trees and plants adapted to the area. An 8x5 m (40 sq. m) pergola was built. The total area of the pergola is 64 sq. m, of which 40 sq. m. m with a roof and 24 sq. m. They're open. The floor and steps of the pergola are made of terracotta. The pergola is made of Turkish oak and is supported by columns made of natural stone imported from Turkey.
