Payment methods :

Deposit – reservation in the amount of 2000 euros for a period until 01.09.2025 (start of construction);

*The conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement will be possible after the issuance of the construction permit (August 2025) under the following payment schemes:

1. Scheme I

- 30% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement;

- 70% upon issuance of Act 15

2. Scheme II

- 30% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement;

- 30% upon receipt of Act 14

- 30% upon issuance of Act 15

- 10% upon issuance of Act 16

3. Scheme III – prices with a 5% discount

- 70% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement

- 30% upon receipt of Act 15
